Do you trust yourself enough to be happy?

Trust Yourself ~ Do you trust yourself enough with your life or do you always look to others for guidance?

You have to learn to trust yourself to make the decisions in your life. You have the power inside of you to create change. Only yo

u can create lasting change in your life, don’t waste your time giving away your power to others. It’s pointless. The only thing it achieves is that it boosts their ego’s whilst diminishing yours.

Take back your power, take back control and decide for yourself what standards you will accept in your life. What have you had enough of in your life? Rant, rave and moan about it for a few minutes. Really tap into the True You, find out what really ticks you off in your life right now. Write it all down. Look at all the things you’re allowing to happen in your life. Now screw that sheet of paper up with all your anger, tightly toss it into the trash, even declare as you do so; “I no longer accept such low B.S into my life”.

Now take a fresh sheet of paper and write down everything you will accept into your life; compassionate people, supportive colleagues, loving partner, a job that fulfills you in all areas, a salary of at least £/$ …….. , Write it all down in detail. Get really clear about what standards you accept.

Then put the sheet somewhere you can see it daily, maybe in your briefcase, laptop bag, even as a note on your laptop/PC, mirror in the bathroom etc. Photocopy it, keep it everywhere you can see it. But dont let anyone else see it… act out your life by your newly set standards and witness the change…. the change in your life, in the attitudes of those around you as they instantly acknowledge the new higher standards you’ve set yourself.

Give it a try! Let me know how you get on.
